With Atlas 150 you can quickly create lasagna with a maximum width of 150 mm, 6.5 mm wide fettuccine and 1.5 mm wide tagliolini.
Pastabike is a dough cutter with nine interchangeable wheels and zigzag cut made of food grade plastic material. The cutter wheels can be conveniently replaced thanks to the easy opening.
Pastabike is the ideal accessory to cut the dough sheets imaginatively in all only possible shapes. It is equipped with nine interchangeable wheels that are easy to pull out and insert depending on the width of the selected pasta format. You can use Pastabike for serrated cut of sweet or savory dough, creating all the decorations you want.
